The Bylaws of 1st Free Will Baptist Church of Park Hills establish the procedures by which our church carries out its organizational and ministry responsibilities.

These Bylaws address church membership, the qualifications and responsibilities of church officers, the structure and duties of boards and committees, business meetings and voting, and the organization of church ministries.

They also establish procedures concerning the use of church facilities, licensing and ordination, church employees, financial administration, worship gatherings, and amendments to the Bylaws.
