Special attention should be given to activities involving minors, vulnerable adults, overnight accommodations, transportation, or elevated safety risks.

Overnight events involving minors require General Board approval. Other activities should receive the appropriate ministry or church leadership approval as applicable.

The approval section must document the decision, any required modifications or conditions, and General Board action when applicable.
