The Abuse, Misconduct, and Incident Reporting Policy establishes procedures for reporting and responding to abuse, suspected abuse, misconduct, unsafe conduct, injuries, accidents, and other serious incidents connected to the ministries and activities of 1st Free Will Baptist Church of Park Hills.

The policy addresses immediate safety, reporting to civil authorities and appropriate church leadership, factual documentation, confidentiality, cooperation with authorities, protective suspension during review, and the prohibition of retaliation against those who make good-faith reports.
